By using our Services, you warrant that you will not:

• modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials, software, or AI models in our Services;
• remove any copyright or proprietary notations, transfer the materials to another person, or "mirror" them on any other server;
• use our Services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks, or to transmit harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material;
• use our Services in violation of any applicable laws, to send spam, or in a way that infringes the privacy or intellectual-property rights of others;
• attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" AI models to produce inappropriate content, or use AI output to circumvent human-review requirements;
• rely solely on AI outputs for professional, medical, or employment decisions; or
• input live patient data, personal health information (PHI), or confidential client information into our AI simulator.

AI technology and services

Our platform uses multiple LLMs and AI technologies. You acknowledge that our services incorporate various third-party and proprietary models, which may change, be updated, or be replaced at our discretion without notice. AI-generated content — grades, feedback, tips, scenarios, and responses — is produced by machine-learning algorithms and may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate content. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs, and performance may vary.

Professional and medical disclaimers

• Not medical advice. AI outputs do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
• Not professional consultation. AI-generated content does not replace professional judgment or consultation.
• Training purposes only. All AI interactions are for educational simulation purposes only.
• Bias and limitations. AI models may reflect biases in training data and may not represent all populations equally.

Healthcare & professional compliance

For healthcare training applications, you must comply with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA where applicable, medical-device regulations, and professional licensing standards. Our Services are not intended as medical devices and should not be used for patient-care decisions. Organizations must maintain records of human supervision and review, document training completion, and ensure compliance with relevant certification requirements. AI-based training may supplement but not replace required continuing education.

Security & availability

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data; specific practices and breach-notification procedures are detailed in our Privacy Policy. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend Services for maintenance, security updates, or technical issues. Our AI technology may be subject to export-control regulations, and you are responsible for maintaining compatible systems and connectivity.

Intellectual property

The intellectual property in the materials in our Services is owned by or licensed to Dry Runz and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use — a licence, not a transfer of title — which terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

AI-generated and user content

Neither you nor Dry Runz claims ownership of pure AI-generated content that lacks human creative input. You retain ownership of original content you submit. When you post or upload content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide licence to use, distribute, modify, copy, display, translate, and create derivative works of your content, consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when you delete your content or account, except where it has been used in commercial or sponsored content.

Liability & disclaimers

Our Services and materials are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Dry Runz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We specifically disclaim liability for errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, decisions made based on AI outputs, bias or inappropriate content generated by AI, loss of data or training progress due to model updates, third-party AI service failures, and professional or regulatory consequences arising from AI content. In no event shall Dry Runz or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, our Services.

Commercial terms

Commercial terms — pricing, payment, service levels, delivery schedules, and specific performance obligations — are governed by separate purchase orders, statements of work, or service agreements executed between the parties. Where a properly executed purchase order conflicts with these Terms on commercial specifics, the purchase order prevails, provided it does not compromise the AI safety requirements, data-protection obligations, or liability limitations set out here.

Termination, changes & governing law

We may suspend or terminate your right to use the Services immediately upon written notice for any breach, including violation of the synthetic-data requirement, failure to maintain human supervision, non-compliance with healthcare regulations, or breach of AI-technology use restrictions. We may modify AI-model behavior, implement new safety measures or content filters, suspend Services for maintenance, and change features. Any term that is wholly or partially unenforceable is severed to that extent, and the remainder is unaffected. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
